Taylored Mortgage Consulting was established in 1999 and is based on the NSW Central Coast, also covering all areas of Sydney and Newcastle. We are available after hours and 7 days a week giving you access to advice at any time. Clients usually choose to hold our meetings in their own home, so their supporting documents are readily available for their loan application.

Shayne Taylor has 30 years finance and lending experience gained with two major banks, a mortgage manager and finance brokers.

This included personal and business lending. A specialist in investment property finance since 1995, Shayne has the expertise to structure borrowings for minimum risk to the client.

Natalie joined Taylored Mortgage Consulting in 2005. She has completed a Certificate IV in Finance (Mortgage Lending) and holds many lender accreditations. Natalie is a specialist in Equity Release Mortgages for the over 50's. With a hospitality management background, Natalie is using some old skills and new found finance knowledge to build her own client database"

Shayne and Natalie are both Full Members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) which is the peak body that controls standards and ethics of mortgage brokers in Australia.
